Meditation
Meditations are good for our mental hygiene. But there are several ways of practicing meditation. The very quite sitting and practicing awareness is one way. Another way is to look longer at a flower or a certain object and just breath, be aware of the emotions and thoughts in your mind. So you can become more quite and clear.
I really like affirmations, and visualisations with a prayer in my meditations.
I got medial impulses from the mental world and give the pictures and informations to the client. So I can also connect you to your angel, unicorn ore other beeings from the mental world.
The words are mostly lovingly, encouraging and remind you to be a part of all that is existing. That can give you inner peace and lightness.
Often I give you some pictures for you to exercise at home and explaine you how to practice and work with the mental world and the angels. Some people get prayers ore certain sentences or affirmations to practice daily. Clients are sometimes astonished how much they can sense and see pictures for themselves. This capacity lies in all of us.
